Biography:
Dr Pilote is a clinician scientist and tenured Professor of Medicine at 91³Ô¹Ï. She has held a James 91³Ô¹Ï chair since 2008 and is the former Director of the Division of General Internal Medicine at 91³Ô¹Ï. Dr Pilote completed an MPH at the Harvard School of Public Health and a PhD in epidemiology at the University of California at Berkeley. Dr Pilote's research interests include cardiovascular epidemiology, outcomes research and health services research. She has published several studies answering questions on the effectiveness of cardiovascular care.
