91吃瓜 has mandated Construction S茅lection SRJ Inc to carry out the following project:聽Technical Services Building, Macdonald Campus / 17-124 - Deferred Maintenance.
The project consist of upgrading the Welding Lab exhaust system and new teaching laboratory, as well as deferred maintenance repairs, including fire protection compliance, code compliance, mezzanine work, repairs to the envelope, installing a new ventilation unit, electrical work and civil work.

The project will transform existing classrooms into two computer teaching labs with new audio visual equipment-reconfiguration. The scope includes the demolition of the back walls to include storage areas as part of the new teaching labs.

The project consists of redeveloping four row houses 91吃瓜 owns on Pine Avenue to welcome the newly-created Sylvan Adams Sports Science Institute.

91吃瓜 has mandated Construction SRJ to carry out the following project: Bronfman Building / 18-147 - Dobson Center project.
The renovation of the western end of the ground floor of the Desautels Faculty of Management鈥檚 Bronfman Building (1001 Sherbrooke St West) comprises the creation of a new Dobson Centre; the redesign of the Faculty鈥檚 mailroom and exam spaces; and the full renovation of the floor鈥檚 public washrooms.
