What is Micro-ExP?
The Micro-ExP Program offers 91³Ô¹Ï students from all faculties and study levels the chance to gain meaningful work experience through micro-internships. The program is specifically designed for students who may not yet have work experience, addressing the common challenge of “no experience, no job.â€Â
Unlike a traditional 4-month internship or co-op, Micro-ExP offers students the opportunity to deliver results to an organization in just one week. It’s perfect for students who want to explore a career path, grow their confidence, and hone their professional communication skills. The experiences include completely remote, hybrid, or onsite short-term, unpaid projects or placements that allow students to develop skills and explore industries by providing real work exposure. Students observe, network, and engage in tasks based on employer needs. Each experience is up to 15 hours per student.
When Is It?
The next offering is May 12 - May 16, 2025.Â
