Purchase Orders now transmitting to MMP

The issue affecting the transmission of Purchase Orders to the 91�Թ� MarketPlace (MMP) has been resolved. Purchase Orders are now being issued to suppliers as expected.

We’ll continue to monitor performance to ensure stability. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note that due to the extended University year end period, the month of April will not be closing according to the usual month end schedule. April 2025 is scheduled to be closed on June 2nd. This means that financial statements for April are still not available. An email notification will be sent when the financial statements are ready to be picked up in Minerva.

Payroll feed to finance scheduled for May 1st delayed

The Procedures for Travel and Other Expenses have been updated:

P4 has been modified to indicate that when an amount is to be returned to the University, the method of payment is via Interac e-Transfer. Payments via personal cheques will no longer be accepted.

May 1, 2025 is the first day of Fiscal Year 26 (May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026). For your reference, attached are the FY26 Month End Deadlines for submitting financial transactions in Banner (including Finance Accounts Receivable and Feed File submissions).

The overhead recovery fee currently being charged on actual revenues earned in non-1A unrestricted funds will remain at 7.5% in FY2026. This is unchanged from FY2025. The process for collecting and recording of this fee will continue to occur on a quarterly basis.

91�Թ� Financial Services and Procurement Services wish to inform you that effective May 1, 2025, the maximum PCard transaction amount will be increased to CAD $10,000 (from the current $5,000). No action is required on the part of PCard Holders, as the Bank will automatically apply this new threshold to all PCards.
